The valley of the figs 

Just 40 minutes away from Alicante and Valencia airports lies the tranquil and beautiful valley of the figs.
Down in the centre of this beautiful tree filled valley is the perfect place for our mobile home park. 

The village of the same name is just a 10 minute walk away and really is part of the real old fashioned Spain. The people are so friendly and welcoming that it will probably take you an hour to pop out for a pint of milk! However the facilities in the village are very upto date. For the energetic a sports centre, swimming pool complex and tennis courts are available. For the more leisurely the village boasts theatre, bars and restaurants, it even has its own museum.

There are plenty of shops for all your needs including 2 small supermarkets, 2 delicatessants, 3 bakers, 2 Butchers plus fresh fish and veg, hardware, banks etc., there are even three ladies hairdressers.                 

Close by are the main towns of Caudette, Almansa, Villena and Xativa all with their own special castles and history. From the main railway station in Almansa you can be in Alicante or Valencia town centres in minutes, or if you prefer, you can get a train straight to Madrid or many other wonderful places.

Or if peace and quiet is your thing, then spend a few hours walking through the pine forests or visiting the several historic Moorish castles around the area.
