The park is being carefully developed within the almond and olive groves in order to maintain the natural beauty of the surroundings.
Mobile homes are sited carefully around the centre and south side of the valley giving everyone plenty of room to have their own garden and parking facilities. All plots are individually styled to give maximum privacy and freedom to residents and a range of plot sizes and places are available to suit all requirements. Should you want something special we have the facility to tailor secluded plots within the terraces of the olive groves.
Mobile home owners are welcome to bring there own units onto our site. We have excellent contacts with many specialist transport companies and it is surprisingly cheap to transport units from England.
Our site is a family run business with the owners house situated on the north side of the valley; so you have the confidence of knowing that contact is always close at hand.
All mobile homes are connected to the water, sewage and electric services, (gas is bottled and readily available). Also telephone, television and Internet services are fully available, if you wish them to be connected.
Services are paid for as normal, but that's where normal stops! Prices are a fraction of what you would pay in England and the sunshine is thrown in free!
Site rentals start from 2400 euro's per year for a luxury mobile home plot and the site is open all year round. Larger plots are also available for those green fingered residents.
